From 2008 to 2020, he worked as a Carpenter for construction firms in North Carolina and Virginia, specializing in custom home framing, including both built floor systems and slabs. Adam excelled in stick-built homes, expertly measuring and cutting rafters and beams, and working with manufactured roof trusses for various projects.

Throughout his leadership roles, Adam managed crews of up to 25 people, ensuring projects were completed on schedule. He worked on numerous government contracts and obtained a sensitive government clearance, allowing him access to secure government buildings. His primary focus was on masonry and masonry restoration, where he honed skills in overhead concrete demolition, finishing, and caulking.

Adam’s career began as a Carpenter at Master Craftsman in Conyers, GA, from 2003 to 2008. Starting as a helper, he quickly advanced to become one of the lead carpenters, specializing in wood decks and home additions.
